All you need to know about scammers: beat them before they beat you.

THE GOLDEN RULES TO HELP YOU BEAT THE SCAMMERS.

v  Be suspicious of all offers and deals that sound to be too good to be true because almost all of these kinds of offers are plainly scammers routine to catch you unguarded and trust me they know all men want to get rich like Bill Gate, Mark Zucharburg, McDonald, Steve Jobs et all so it is well known that when human hear about a deal that can make him get rich in second the brain stops working and the adrenaline takes control of everything but trust me as well there is no guaranteed get-rich-quick schemes. When you see any offer or deal that looks like one most especially those that tell you, you don’t need to work at all quickly discard them without giving it a second thought. I am not saying there are no legitimate lucrative deals out there that don’t require you to work all your sleeves but what I am saying is that there is no guaranteed scheme where you can get rich in a jiffy when it’s not a lottery even lottery requires you to work for your money; you don’t just get paid for doing nothing!

v  Do not give money or sign anything until you have checked the veracity of the company or the individual you want to engage in business with. Be sure of what you are doing and with who you are doing it with. It will be better if you have to give money or sign anything to do that in the presence of your solicitor and video coverage because human ways are unpredictable. This might sound a bit cynical but bet me, it’s the best thing to do.

v  Do not immediately agree to any offers or deals as quick as they are introduced to you. Take time to seek legal advice and obtain independent decision; don’t jump into any unclear deal. Don’t test the depth of river with both legs!

v  Never send money to anyone you don’t know or trust and do not send money through methods of payment that you are not familiar or comfortable with. Just don’t do things you don’t know about; it is so simple a rule.

v  Your banking and personal details such as passwords are never to be joked with so keep these things at the bay and never without a very high threshold level of trust give it to anyone.

v  Always log into website directly rather than clicking on links provided in an email that is asking you to log in through the links for confirmation. Don’t trust these types of links for they might be altered to redirect you to another look like website that makes it difficult for you not to fall for their filthy tricks.

v  If you find it difficult not to engage in any business deal you’ve been offered because of its true legitimate appearance and because of the many glowing testimonies you’ve heard my advice is don’t jump in yet give time to find solid independent evidence of the company’s success.

v  Money is half brother to time but time is older. Your time is the greatest of treasuries you can have and that’s the same reason God gave everybody time and not money so any deal or offer that will take your money, time or commitment requires you to investigate deeply and seek independent legal advice.

v  If you in any way spot a scam or have been scammed quickly report and get help. Inform the police or any legal enforcer if the suspect is known, can be found or still in the area.

v  Do not be shy or feel embarrassed for being conned; these people are bunches of wise men working on a carefully wisely planned scheme on a single individual who they in some cases have studied and with this type of strategy they actually can con anyone but all in all, one thing stands and that is the fact that nothing is as bad as not reporting them. So, if you ever get conned don’t hesitate to report the case and with this action you might it difficult or impossible for them to con another person.

THE CONSPIRACY OF INFLATION OVER THE POOR AND THE MIDDLEMEN: READ THIS ARTICLE TO KNOW HOW INFLATION AFFECTS US.

EFFECT OF INFLATION

Before we delve into the effect of inflation let's first know what is inflation as term. Inflation is simply the general increase in the level of prices of things and the cost of living. It is well established that all poor and middle class men suffer this drastic change all the time while the sophisticated people or institute device it to their benefit.

Inflation is good for borrowers and bad for lenders because it reduces the value of the money paid back to the lenders. The inflation rate is built in to the nominal interest rate, which is the sum of the real interest rate and expected inflation.

When the inflation rate rises or falls unexpectedly, wealth is redistributed between creditors and debtors. In general, this means that those with savings in the form of currency or bonds lose money from inflation. Those with negative savings (debt) or savings in the form of stocks, however, are better off with higher inflation. In demographic terms, unexpected inflation often manifests as a wealth transfer from older individuals to younger individuals.

Inflation creates other opportunities for sophisticated institutions to unfairly take advantage of the average individual, in many people's minds. Inflation can increase the complexity of evaluating financial assets, from CDs and insurance policies to stocks and bonds. This shifts the distribution of power in the financial marketplace to the more sophisticated and knowledgeable actors to the detriment of the average person, in this view. Thus, the government might "forget" to change the tax brackets after an inflationary episode, so the average person would end up paying higher taxes.

Let's spend the majority of our time in this lesson talking about unanticipated inflation. Unanticipated inflation hurts savers and creditors because the money they lend out gets paid back in cheaper dollars over time. On the other hand, unanticipated inflation helps borrowers and debtors because they borrow money at a fixed rate and pay it back in cheaper dollars over time. Here's another way to say this: unanticipated inflation redistributes wealth from savers to borrowers. When you're trying to determine who is hurt or helped by surprise inflation, you have to first determine if they are considered a saver or creditor (meaning that they loan out money) or are they are a borrower or debtor (meaning that they are borrowing money).

MUST READ. THE BOOKS THAT SAIL YOU TO WHERE MONEY GROWS LIKE GRASS AND TEACH YOU HOW TO HARVEST IT.

BOOKS EVERY RICH MIND WILL READ.

1. The Automatic Millionaire David Bach (Broadway, 2003)

ho wouldn't want to become a millionaire automatically? The truths related in this book, as in Bach's Finish Rich series, are that nothing great is accomplished without forethought. But with a little planning and by putting many aspects of your finances on autopilot, you can be on the road to wealth. The automatic aspect plan allows readers to save time while saving money. And though many of the principles aren't new, Bach's easy-to-understand approach helps the reader understand them in a new way. Some of the highlights include principles such as paying yourself first, and advice about why and how to save for retirement-even if you're hard-pressed to make ends meet now. Bach also provides advice for accomplishing short-term savings goals and explains that giving is an important part of wealth.

2. Rich Dad Poor Dad Robert T. Kiyosaki (Time Warner Paperbacks, 2002)

The paradigm shift related to work, employment and entrepreneurship has been a long time coming. In one of his most-read books, Rich Dad Poor Dad, Robert Kiyosaki reveals the value of taking control of your financial destiny through entrepreneurship and investing. In Rich Dad Poor Dad, Kiyosaki contrasts the differences between what the rich and the poor or middle classes teach their children. As a young man, Kiyosaki was taught by his "poor dad" to follow the path of least resistance: Get an education, get a job and work hard. His "rich dad," his friend's dad, mentored him to do the opposite. The book acknowledges education is important but it isn't always best received in a formal learning environment. Lessons include the value of self-employment, how to be self-employed without limiting yourself to the constraints of an employee, and how to create and take advantage of residual-income opportunities. Instead of working hard for money, use the principles in this book to make money work for you.

3. The Greatest Salesman in the World Og Mandino (Frederick Fell Publishers, 2001)

Ten ancient scrolls hold the key to wealth and happiness in this classic parable. A young camel boy wishing to improve his station in life takes his master's words to heart: "No other trade or profession has more opportunity for one to rise from poverty to great wealth than that of a salesman." Desiring success and wealth, the young man sets out to become the greatest salesman in the world. This pocket-sized book can be read easily in an hour, but it's packed with wisdom for those pursuing a career in sales. Far more than a how-to book on closing the sale, the story encourages the reader to contribute to society and to grow in peace of mind and in heart. Those who apply the principles in the scrolls will learn how to overcome the challenges of sales, how to persist through trials and, ultimately, how to succeed.

4. The Sales Bible Jeffrey Gitomer (Wiley, 2003)

Jeffrey Gitomer has an extremely low tolerance for lamenting salespeople and that comes through in the bold and fast-paced tone of his books. The Sales Bible puts more than 100 sales facts, tips and solutions at your disposal to help you "make sales while others are whining!" This book magnifies the details of every aspect of sales. Learn the basics and understand how recent changes in selling affect you and your pitch. Discover the keys to setting yourself apart from the competition and finding your prospect's button. 5. Who Moved My Cheese? Dr. Spencer Johnson (Vermilion, 2002)

For many people, change can be challenging. It can cause fear, anger and the feeling of being out of control. This popular parable examines change and what happens to those who choose not to embrace it. "If you do not change, you can become extinct," is one of the many truisms the characters learn in Who Moved My Cheese? What's holding you back? Are you taking note of small changes that could lead to more significant changes in the future? In the maze of life, it's possible to successfully deal with change if and when you clear your mind of expectations and understand that while your comfort zone may be cozy, it's not necessarily the safest place to live.

AFFILIATE MARKETING MADE EASY JUST AS ABC. KNOW IT BEOFRE YOU JUMP IN.

Affiliate Marketing Made Easy:
The absolute basics you need to know BEFORE promoting.

A Systemic Approach To Affiliate Marketing:

There’s lots of money to be made by promoting other peoples products as long as you understand the way it works and you create a plan that will maximize the time of your promotion.

How It Works And How You Get Paid In Affiliate:
Platforms and market places serve several purposes. Primarily they facilitate the commission process for every transaction and provide a place to select products to promote. The affiliate platform connects the affiliate with the vendor by providing you with a unique “affiliate link” and recording all the clicks and sales made through each specific link. Affiliate links are often cloaked to mask the long or ugly ID, but most importantly to control the traffic flow AFTER the link has been deployed. Cookies are little tidbits of information that your web browser saves about the things you click on and places you visit. Your affiliate link sets a cookie on the visitors computer. Few vendors use a system called “Adaptive Payments” to instantly pay both the vendor AND the affiliate at the point of sale through Paypal. Other networks usually have a payment period.

Metrics EPC is the most important affiliate metric.

EPC stands for Earnings Per Click and represents how total commission earned divided by unique clicks sent. Conversion refers to the amount of people that convert from visitors to buyers. This will vary depending on the sales process and the temperature of the traffic. Whenever possible, refunds are an important thing to look at BEFORE you promote something. Because EPC’s only matter when you can actually KEEP the money you earn. Vendors often brag about incredible conversions and EPCs immediately after the cart opens. Be patient, early metrics are usually comprised of HOT traffic and test purchases. Commission percentages should never be below 50% unless you’re promoting a SERVICE, I love promoting products with greater than 50% commissions on the front end.

 Know The Product:

You should always ask the vendor for a review copy and actually check out the product BEFORE you promote. The product should be COMPLETE and ready for sale. Learn about the product so that you can answer questions and create informative marketing materials for the promotion.
Subscribe to the JV blog and stay up to date with what's going on, there are often spot contests and even important date changes Know the launch details, know what's happening and when its happening - payment plans introductions, bonuses being added - exact end date/time. Use your knowledge of the product to craft compelling email copy, blog posts, VIDEOS and articles for your promo campaign.

 Remember:
There are an abundant amount of evergreen products to promote out there and there are multiple launches going on daily that you will be able to promote. You should do your research and fully understand the product before you embark on a promotion campaign.

EFFECT OF ECONOMIC RECESSION AND WAYS YOU CAN HELP YOURSELF ESCAPE IT.

Effects of Economic Recession & Ways You Can Help Yourself

In economics, a recession is a negative growth for two consecutive quarters. For a layman's understanding, a recession is a period of general economic slow down. Recent information from the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria and the National Bureau of Statistics indicates that the Nigerian economy is at the verge of a recession.

Here are some of the effects of an economic recession:
1. Decrease in sales of goods and services, due to decreased finances available to individuals and families, the purchase of goods and services decline.

2. Increase in unemployment, due to decreased sales of goods and services by business owners and Companies , a reduction in the workforce takes place, leading to loss of jobs.

3. High inflation rate, Nigeria have been experiencing high inflation rate due to scarcity of foreign exchange, a weak Naira, high interest rates, poor electricity supply, dependence on importation and the high cost of doing business in Nigeria. As Nigeria goes into a recession the inflation rate will go higher as the above mentioned factors still persist.

4. Budget deficit in government spending, the National and States budgets will experience spending deficit due to shortfalls in government revenues. The government may decide on borrowing to cover for the fall in revenues, and this will increase the debt burden of the Federal and State Governments.

5. Decline in the stock market, investors would avoid investing in companies that might suffer loses, while some investors would pull their funds from the stock market.

6. Increase in crime rate, as life gets hard for many and living conditions get worse, crime rate will escalate. There will be increase in robberies, kidnapping, petty stealing, fraudulent schemes and other financial crimes.

7. Strained family relationships, as a result of unemployment, loss of income and high cost of living, inter-family relationships would come under strain which may lead to marital and family conflicts.

Families and individuals may not be able to avoid the effects of the coming economic recession, they can make changes that can improve their situations and help them prepare for the future, while waiting for the economy to recover.

Here are some tips and strategies to cope:
1. Unemployed people should accept a low paying job as a short term solution pending when a better job offer is available.

2. Part time job, business or small scale farming ; an option available for dependent members of the family is to take a part time job, operate a small scale business that requires little capital, and engaging in farming of crops that are of short harvest period, as well as rearing farm animals on a small scale.

3. Change of plans; individuals and families would need to make changes in their plans, such changes may include relocating to affordable accommodation and switching of children's school to affordable ones.

4. Making changes in financial spending ; people should understand the difference between needs and wants during a recession.
Areas of priority spending should be housing, food, affordable health care, transportation, clothing and education.

5. Life style changes; people involved in a lifestyle that leads to wastage of money need to make changes, examples are excessive smoking and alcohol consumption, excessive clubbing, womanizing, unnecessary and irrelevant travels, buying new household gadgets and appliances when old ones are still in good condition, as well as buying new phones several times in a year. Another lifestyle to be changed is the buying of new clothes for every social functions and events.

6. Business opportunities; in an economic recession, as people's spending power deprecate, spending of money is focused on areas of essential needs. For those planning to go into business, they should consider the following areas (a) sales of food items (b) operating a low cost canteen (c) low cost transportation business (d) health care business (e) small scale crops and animals farm.

7. Keeping a positive attitude; as the economic recession lingers people should have a positive attitude both at work and home, and while in company of friends and strangers . Having a positive attitude generally makes it easy to deal with tough times. On the other hand; anger, bitterness, hopelessness, frustration and persistent complaining makes it difficult for people to deal with tough times.

An economic recession is not a permanent situation but rather a temporal one, the Nigerian economy will surely bounce back, in my opinion starting from the middle of 2018, while we wait for the economy to recover, we should be prepared for.

Now that you've learnt two or three new ideas please try and make use of them and make sure they just don't remain what they're; ideas. Turn them into something they want to be which is action.

God bless you. Stay turned.
